With his distinct voice and heartfelt music Carlos "The Son Of Norman" Jenkins is contributing a special one of a kind sound to the world of pop/rock music. Born and raised in Scranton to Lake City South Carolina, it was then in his childhood years he was introduced to music by his grandmother and father. Hearing the sounds of artist such as Sam Cooke, Bobby Womack and his favorite artist Prince.

Currently residing in Manhattan, NY Carlos is performing at benefit concerts, open mics, night club showcases, and working on his debut album "Year 33". His Road to success began in 2009 doing open mics in Raleigh North Carolina. Performing for all ages and races, he got positive feedback from all music listeners.  Due to this positive feedback he decided to pursue his music further.

While walking his journey on the road to music Carlos wants his music to change lives of music listeners all over the world. Whether a person is listening to one of his songs such as "Go Hard" which is saying don't give up when times get hard and to be who you want to be, or the song "Earth" which is saying don't take things for granted on this earth. The majority of his music has a positive message in it.

With his ambition and deep passion for music Carlos "The Son Of Norman" Jenkins will continue to get his voice heard and create music from his heart and soul for others to enjoy and remember
