Pres Obama is not upholding our Constitution, that which he swore to to do: The Preamble to our Constitution states, "We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

It appears to me he is absent in many areas - "...establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity..."

> establish justice - fair play --- the principle of being fair with others. Pres Obama thinks it is fair for illegals to be here along with those who followed the US laws - is that fair?

> insure domestic tranquility - peace & order within our nation.  Pres Obama wants disorder and no peace.

> provide for the common defense - strong against foreign enemies. I would say that illegals are foreign enemies; they are not obeying our laws.

> promote the general welfare - we want OUR people to be working and prosperous. Our Constitution states OUR people - citizens. 

> secure the blessings of liberty (freedom: - the right to live our lives without threats, fear)  to ourselves and our posterity (our children).

Take note that on our southern border, Maywood, California — a town that is effectively being run by illegal immigrants, has collapsed into bankruptcy and lawlessness.?

Does Pres Obama care about Maywood? No. It must be okay since Maywood is not helping the Feds by protecting our border as AZ is doing.  

Maybe Pres Obama wants AZ to follow the Maywood example?
